two doors will open - the Big Bang

I started this blog in 2006. It has seen me through a lot. I have posted from different countries in East and West Africa that I have lived in. It chronicles a huge part of my life. And although I haven't been posting much over this past year, I haven't wanted to let it go. It means too much to me. Foreseen downtimes

Millennium Notes, Yoseph
I mean, great and successful people have lived in this world. He who think have over worked shall go to Safari. For a man like me- have to see the millennium by 2040.Our Millennium supposed to be celebrated with full awesomeness; sorry it happens at our downtime. Let the time clock turn forward to few decades, today would be the real conciliation of Ethiopia.

Ethiopia is rising. Ethiopia is no different from any other country that has benefited from the twentieth century’s global cross-fertilisation of ideas and means of production.

For each and every villages of Ethiopia, I will need to see more of these in the coming decades: new crops, fertilizers, buses to get people to work, concreted roads to get cheaper produce to market, engines, water pumps, purification techniques.

As we are prepared to welcome the new millennium; the increasing speed of globalisation should means that such benefits and advances will kick us at an ever faster rate, positive or not!. We have failed to meet globalisation positive potential, because of ill-designed rules or simple bad management, very frustrating.

This world have taught us great things in history from spaceship to penicillin, how could we ever reach a point where we've invented successful, cheap-to-produce drugs to treat our own problems? Africa’s biggest killer disease Malaria, HIV/ AIDS, but many rules in poverty prevent most of us discovering them!!
